A quick breakfast option that is based on the hommus recipe in the Everyday Cookbook.

Serves 4

White Bean Spread


400g can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed

20g grated parmesan cheese

40g lemon juice

15g olive oil

Salt and pepper to season


1. Place all ingredients in the Thermomix bowl and mix for 30 seconds/Speed 4

Serving Suggestions

Serve with sliced tomatoes on an English muffin or multigrain crackers
