A couple of new recipes this week – something for breakfast and something for lunch.  The sausage and mash recipe from last week hasn’t made it into its own post this week because I decided to completely change it on the way to work on Wednesday morning, typed it up, printed it out, made it that night (very delicious, I might add) – and have promptly lost the piece of paper!  So, I’ll have to remember what I did and try it again soon…

For breakfast, I’m trying a quinoa porridge cooked in the Thermomix.  This one’s cooked with apples and cinnamon.  The recipe is here.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday’s lunch is my first attempt at a Japanese chicken curry.  I’ve packed it with vegetables and I’ll serve it with steamed basmati rice.  The recipe can be found here.

Monday’s dinner is pan-fried steak with sautéed onions and pan-fried broccoli and snow peas.

We’re out for dinner on Tuesday and Thursday night – so no cooking then.

Wednesday’s dinner and Thursday’s lunch is going to be the tofu, eggplant and pork mince stir-fry served with dry fried beans.  The recipes can be found here and here.
